We are a retired Head of School certified as a CPA and MBA and a former Director of Facilities of an American school abroad with over 2400 students. We each have over 20 years of experience in our respective areas of expertise: Ivy League and US national liberal arts college admissions and international high school college counseling, and in construction, security, food services, facilities, and operations management.

Based on our collective leadership experience and non-traditional paths to educational leadership that did not start in classrooms, we are enthused to share our knowledge with our educator and administrator peers around the world.
